Tcons and in person meetings starting with creation of mission,
vision, goals, incorporation, hiring of staff support, etc.
-Directed a 2 day Leadership Summit in Washington D.C. for state
society presidents, vice presidents, and others
-Facilitated in person Leadership Retreats for dermatologists on
BODs & Executive Committees of the state dermatologic societies
of Minnesota, & Arizona
-Directed the AAD Model State Award program including revision
of award criteria, review of submissions, & presentation of awards
-My team & I worked with IT staff to update, revise & make more
searchable & relevant the AAD online state society resources
